Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Calomed! We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for details about processing, delivery times, and costs.


1. Order Processing

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Some orders may ship in multiple packages depending on product availability or packaging. If this happens, you may receive multiple tracking emails and tracking numbers, and packages may arrive on different days.


2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after shipment

  • Expedited Shipping: Faster delivery options available at checkout

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes.

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders $60 and above

  • Shipping costs for other orders are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method.


Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs, weather, or high seasonal demand.


3. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to most domestic U.S. locations.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the status and location of your shipment.

Please note that in some cases, multiple tracking emails may be sent. This occurs when an order is shipped in separate packages, meaning each package will have its own tracking number.


5. Lost or Delayed Packages

Orders are fulfilled and shipped through our third-party fulfillment partner. Once an order has shipped, CALOMED is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout, weather conditions, or customs processing.

If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please:

  • Check with household members, neighbors, or building management
  • Reach out to us at hello@calomed.com for further assistance

Please note that replacement or refund decisions are made in accordance with carrier and fulfillment partner policies.


6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply once the shipment reaches your country. Calomed is not responsible for these charges.


7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that all shipping information is complete and correct before submitting your order. We are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to address inaccuracy:

  • We will refund the purchase amount, excluding any shipping fees.

  • We will not be able to change the address and resend the order.

  • Customers wishing to receive the items will need to place a new order.
